Like new condition. So far no problems. Really easy to connect to existing phone. Instructions were included to add phone.

Very slow and unprofessional response
Seller did not check the order and they should have confirmed that the base unit can only accept 6 handsets and the extra 3 handsets that were ordered could not function .... items returned but till now after more than 10 days, the seller did not provide back the credit.......

APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT‼️
I was concerned about the appearance and whether this handset and charging stand would actually work. The description said their would be no visible cosmetic scratches or blemishes on the handset or charging stand when viewed from about one foot away.I would argue that this unit was actually “new”‼️Their were NO defects anywhere on the handset or the charging stand, regardless of how hard you look for cosmetic damage❗️It “registered” quickly with the base and works perfectly.This seller should be commended for the outstanding work they do❗️
