This Always pad is comfortable and holds the urine in pad. I have no bladder control at all anymore. I don’t wake up when I need to empty my bladder. These pads are long, at night I have to wear two of this pad. During the day I wear one. I go through a minimum of 5 pads a day. I have spent so much money on pads that did not work.I have tried every medication there is and they do not work. There is a surgery I am going to have soon and pray it works. Ok ladiessss!! These pads are the greatest so far!! Long length for those heavy flow days and great scent to disguise that period blood smell! Also, a cute pattern to make you feel extra girly, haha. They don’t move around or bunch up and that’s nice for when I’m sleeping and rolling all over the bed. I love these pads and these will be my go to from now on! BUY THESE!Will update as time goes on…:)

Best pads I've ever used. Love the length. The quality is excellent. Fabulous at preventing leakage.

1. I was hesitant to try the longer length thinking they would show but NO, they are invisible! And comfortable. Just sitting here, I can't feel where either end of the pad is at all. Amazing!2. They hold more, which is not normally a concern, but I recently caught RSV and the cough is hanging on forever. The prescribed meds seem to cause more incontinence so every time I cough, I squirt/gush. Ugh. But this is no problem with these! Moisture never 'transfers' onto my underwear, leggings or jeans, even overnight.3. The larger mailed pkg had a scent when I opened it but truly, I never smelled it again. Probably added to the packaging to make it seem 'pretty'. I actually sniffed the crotch of my jeans yesterday after wearing the pad all day (I know, I'm weird), and I couldn't smell anything. Maybe the lightest sorta clean smell, so this could just be my usual laundry soap/Bounce sheet scent. (HOWEVER! Scent sensitivity is a real thing! So the other reviewer who felt the scent was overwhelming, I get it. All I can say is I don't smell it, and hubby and cats didn't seem to notice, so less sensitive schnozzes seem unaffected.)4. I marked the Rating down from 5 Stars to 4 because this has to be the absolute LEAST "Discrete" packaging ever! The pads are wrapped and stickumed in a thin plastic wrapper that is VERY LOUD when you open it. I've tried ripping it off s-l-o-w-l-y, fast, whatever and it is still loud. No prob in the comfort of your own potty, but if you have guests or are in a public facility (work?) of some kind, someone will hear. Seems like a easy, dumb thing for Always fix?

Used them for after surgery and they seem to work fine.

These are my favorite pads, the size, absorption and comfort all play a factor in that. Lately I have not been able to purchase them at my local pharmacy where I typically buy them, so I resorted to Amazon. This is the third time I have received them with this issue. The liners that you peel off not only shred, but often you need to take them off in pieces, making the liner useless to use for disposal of the used pads. Which leads me to wonder if these are factory seconds that they are selling full price?
