Hoegaarden Pint Glass

As per title this glass is BIG ! its a purposeful vessel ( presumably intended by the brewery named after the Belgian of origin ) to best represent its excellent wheat beer. At a suitable spacing below the rim is a 50cl mark , so for example if one has a giant 750 cl bottle suitably chilled , you can pour up to this mark and the glass can accommodate a large proportion of the foam that this lively beer can generate, then it all makes perfect sense! . the thickness of the glass itself is intended to retain the temperature of your Hoegaarden as long as reasonably possible in terms of preventing it becoming warm . At first the proportions of the glass seem a bit OTT but this not so , everything makes perfect sense and it definitely does make the "Hoegaarden treat " a special occasion to savour , cheers!

This is a very weighty, perfectly crafted beer glass.It seems sturdier than the Hoegaarden glasses used in British pubs. Very impressed.

This a glass . It doesn’t leak so I’d guess it’s working as expected

The person who i bought it for really liked it. Only a half pint but seemed bigger because of the thickness.

I brought this thinking it would be a great glass for my Hoegaarden beer. But the glass is ridiculously heavy and far too large to practically drink from. Looks good on a shelf but useless as a drinking glass.
