Yes, this has a basic FLIR thermal camera.

Does this have Wifi? How do you transfer digital images?

It transfers pictures via Bluetooth. I had a problem with mine and now flir has had it over 6 weeks. Worst customer service! I would have never spent money if I knew how bad service was.

How is the thermal for looking through tile or block walls for leaks?

It’s not bad, I’ve used it a few times, but you really need to know what you’re looking for since obviously block is a lot colder than drywall

Does this come with the MR13 (temperature and humidity sensor)?

Yes. It is the field replaceable sensor on top of the unit.
