Will this also fit the left front?

Yes it will i actually used it on both sides of mine. I used the rear bracket and the side bracket with the hole in it. I work on these trucks everyday and they always habe the same issue of random bolts breaking off the manifolds. I have had zero issues with these parts since installed 50,000 miles ago. And since I'm tired of ripping heads off these gm trucks from tahoes, silverados, suburbans and escalades... I seriously highly recommend the brackets made by dorman. There are 2 different kinds. One mounts to back of cylinder head and other mounts any where u want either side.
