100629 MakerBot Replicator 2 Thermocouple - Thermistor

The original thermocouple had over 500 hours of use and finally failed at the point of fatigue; at the base of the interface where the TC wires go into the interface that screws into the heater block.The replacement device is reinforced in this area to make it last longer. The replacement part was an exact replacement and there were no problems installing it. It was delivered very quickly and I was up and running in 3 days.

Great replacement for the craptastic oem thermocouple that makerbot uses in their replicator 2. Big thumbs up on this one. You will have to find your own installation instructions though as fargo3d does not provide any

Does exactly what it should. On the original the cable broke at a certain point. Replaced it with this and the bot is back up and running.
