Brabantia Spare lid Touch-Bin 40 litres or Twin-Bin 10/23 litres, matt Steel FPP 383885

I wish I could rate the product but I can't given it was the wrong product. I received a black round lid and not the one in the picture nor did it match the description. I received it several months late and when I contacted them, I received several RUDE emails from Adam that it was beyond the return policy period (although I told them I received it last month). Adam accused me and my assistant that we were not telling the truth and it had been delivered months ago. My response was "really for 50 bucks" you have to be kidding? So not only is it the wrong lid which they did not acknowledge but no accountability or ownership. So, it's the customer's fault and if not the customer, he blamed Amazon. The last rude email from Adam was let's stop the email communication and call it a day...I've never experienced such a rude person even if the customer is wrong...you don't accuse them or their associates of being a liar...really for $50? They can do better than that...I mean really? So buyer beware....Horrible experience with this vendor.

Perfect replacement for my bin lid without the cost of a whole new bin.

Perfect .. arrived quickly. Fits well. Pity about the price...I think Brabantia should do make a more robust product and replacement should be chepaer as opposed to being a premium price
