It appears to be working well
I have tried this and it seems to be working well. It seals my granite worktop and it means it does not take up colours of food or papers.

Does exactly what it say itโll do and very easy to apply.
Followed the instructions, super simple, did exactly what it said on the bottle and it only took a few coats to pass the water drop test. It absorbs less sealer with each coat as it becomes more waterproof and so I still have a good amount left for future coats. Chose it because other reviewers said it doesnโt leave streak marks and it really doesnโt. Super easy to apply and very happy with the smooth and natural look!

Easy to apply and no streaks
Worked really well, I used 5 coats just to be sure and now water beads up on the surface really well, itโs like super hydrophobic now and has a very nice natural effect. Was easy to apply and doesnโt leave any streaks, just soaks right in. Iโm still going to apply wax on kitchen area just as a second layer of protection against oil as Iโve read itโs still good to maintain a wax layer for this. Overall really pleased!

Great product - worked wonders on our sink!
We used 5 coats on our polished concrete bathroom sink/countertop just to be sure that it would be fully sealed and the surface became extremely water repellent! It was really easy to apply and didn't leave any streak marks at all. After the first coat, it gets progressively more difficult for the sealer to soak up into the concrete and by the third coat, it was pretty much just sitting on top of the surface but we continued with a couple more coats just to be sure. All in all it took 45 minutes to apply, including the wait time. It worked really well. Great product - thank you!

Great non toxic sealer for our bathroom
Finally found a non-toxic sealer that doesnโt leave streak marks and gives a natural finish! Worth the money and goes a long way. We used this for our bathroom countertop and still have enough to re-coat in the future. Going to give this a go on marble too as weโd like to find a durable sealer to coat natural marble in our the bathroom.

Very good product - No streaks or marks!
This saved my bacon. It's crazy to see how quickly the surface becomes waterproof, compared to how it was before. I just applied it quickly becuse I was in a rush to finish the bathroom I was fitting, and so left drips and pooling spots as I slapped it on, but as it dried it didn't leave any marks, none at all. It just all soaked into the concrete. Would buy again if needed!

Prone to streaks unless extreme care taken when applying
Very disappointed in the quality of this product given such high reviews. Maybe I had a dud but despite the most meticulous attempts to prevent streaks from application when each coat dried there were white deposits which have never gone. I will be trying to contact H Seal for a replacement but now Iโm going to have to re-sand and start again!

Good Sealer
Used this on a second lockdown project now and Iโm really happy with the finish and the seal it gives each time. I am finding that I needed to use 4-5 coats rather than the 3 recommended, but Iโm getting a lot more square meterage out of it than shown, using a clean rag to soak the surface rather than a roller. Very happy with it and still have some left for future DIY adventures.

Not recommended
Gives a nice finish, but does not seal at all. Applied 6 coats, exactly as described, and any liquid -oily or watery- that stays on the counter more that a minute will go right through the sealer into the concrete. Bad product and then you're stuck with it

Works great
Did 5 coats on our cultured stone fireplace hearth. It did not change the color at all, did gave it a slight Sheen to it but nothing close to a wet look. Super happy with it. It repels water really well and Iโm able to wipe the black soot and ash away without leaving stains on the stone or grout. Definitely worth the price and I still have a half a bottle left. Area was about 5โ x 5โ.

Tried for the first time instead of Cheng
Tried this for the first time instead of Cheng and it came out really nice. Was really easy to get a consistent finish without any streak marks and only needed 3 coats before it passed the water drop test, and still have some left over for more projects. It seems like less sealer gets absorbed into the surface as it becomes more waterproof with each coat, so it uses less and less sealer with each consecutive coat. I usually try to finish polishing my projects to 1500 grit and this soaked up into the surface really well even at that level of smoothness. The surface is now super hydrophobic and has a really nice natural matte finish! Very happy, thank you.

Good stuff, inadequate instructions, need more than 2-3 coats
I spent a considerable amount of time reviewing concrete countertop sealers and came up with this or Cheng's. I went with this one based on its ability to withstand heat. I sanded my countertops down to 1000 grit then applied this with a 4" high density foam roller. The instructions say 2-3 coats, but I applied closer to 8-10 coats. The concrete continued to absorb coat after coat. Only until I hit about coat #7 did it appear the concrete was not readily absorbing the liquid and that it was drying in an even manner on the countertop. I did another coat or 2, then did the water test suggested in the Cheng's video to ensure complete absorption of the sealer. I hope this helps someone - 2-3 coats were totally inadequate in my application (I poured my countertops using Rapid-Set mortar mix, not sure if that matters). I was disappointed with the lack of instructions, and there isn't much additional instruction material on their website or youtube. I have been doing concrete for 20 years, although new to concrete countertops, so I have a familiarity with concrete. Not sure of the other reviewers applying this in 30 minutes - it took me about 4 1/2 hours of total application time and dry time to completely seal the countertop. I will revise my review after I have
