I bought this to add something different to my home workouts for arms, chest, and shoulders, and it has been a great addition. Seems very solid, very well constructed. Came with a book which shows a small assortment of excercises you can do with the device as well as some tips on using it. Wish there was more in that regard, but glad there is something. Beautiful piece of equipment with a huge range of resistance options. I purchased the red one and it looks "sharp" in my opinion. Using it you can definately feel the solidness of it and i definately feel like im getting a very worthwhile workout with this equipment. The device also came with an attatchable locking piece to keep it closed when not in use which i found nice, even though the locking piece(s) is only plastic it works well and as intended. And bonus, they actually gave 3 of these with the equipment so should one happen to get broken i have 2 more! All in all im very happy with this piece of equipment so far. Good purchase in my opinion.

The EASTMOUNT exerciser is fantastic! I bought a different brand a while back and it had rough plastic hand grips. The Eastmount is soft and comfortable on your hands. The compressions are very smooth, and I'd like to meet the person who can do 100 reps on the highest setting! Me, I can't even budge it. So, I'll be able to use this for years. High quality build, well designed, and you can definitely feel the burn! I can see the difference in my arm and chest muscles. I highly recommend!

I am a paraplegic & was a gym rat before my accident. I've tried so many different things to work out but I have a bad back & everything was affecting my back pain. When I opened this product there was a letter inside saying it was developed by a paraplegic who was having similar issues to me. Its an excellent workout & still coming up with different positions to target specific muscles with no back pain. I've also seen muscle gains within a couple weeks def a great affordable product.

My husband uses this every morning and feels it is really helping improve his strength. He said it is easy to use and adjusts to whatever you need.

Works great and exactly as advertised, but mine came with a screw missing from one of the handles. Not the biggest issue, but definitely an inconvenience since it causes one of the handles to slide off.

Got this the other day. Used it twice so far and am really happy with it. I feel like a get a great pump and I don’t even have it set on the higher setting. You are able to argent different muscles in your arms, chest, and back. It really is a fantastic piece of equipment and is great for home workouts! It is also well built.

So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.

I have been duped before on things to make me healthier. This is a great unit. I bought the Ab-Lounger, so I know what Im talking about. You can use this for your chest, biceps, and triceps. I am canceling my gym membership! Great little unit!
