Better tasting protein than other brands I tried.

This protein was really good except that it is a little chalky tasting with just water alone. To fix that I use oat milk instead and it tastes way better. I got this one because I am new to the protein world and needed something without milk ingredients because it bothers my stomach. This flavor was great and I would definitely order it again once I finish it.

I love this stuff. The flavor is great. once in a while, I get a little seed. I don’t mind as it reminds me that it’s made of all natural ingredients.

I do order from Ancient Nutrition and have been happy with all the products. My order arrived this time and when opened the powder was all over the container & in the bag as if maybe it had been tossed around in shipping. I usually purchase chocolate and it's great but this time I ordered vanilla and it had an awful taste so I got rid of it. otherwise, I enjoy the other products from Ancient Nutrition, just don't recommend vanilla.

This product is excellent. I cannot tolerate the pea based protein powders (which represent 90% or more of the vegan protein powders), and I cannot consume sugar and must severely limit sugar alternatives. So this product hits the spot. I just wish it cost less. There are 12 servings and the per serving cost is expensive. It simply may be that the cost of the ingredients are high, and are then passed on to the consumer. The sodium content is also excellent at 0mg!

I love the taste! I use this almost daily to make smoothies or put in my oatmeal. I was thrilled to find an Ancient Nutrition protein powder that tastes great! I trust the brand and have had a great experience with multiples flavors. I was thrilled when I saw this had no Stevia. I've read that Stevia (over time) can affect your hormones... no clue if that is true, but I grateful to have found something to try that tastes delicious! Thank you! I also have a friend who can't eat anything with Stevia, so it's nice to make smoothies for her without the worry. Thank you!

Good nutrition, but does not mix well. I was happy to find a vegan protein powder that wasn't primarily pea protein. I like all the ingredients here but the consistency of this in my blender has been a disaster. The powder sticks to the sides and bottom before I have a chance to turn the blender on. After blending, I have to scrape the bottom and sides and the gooey, semi-dry mess gets stuck to my spoon. When I finally get it blended, it has a slightly slimy consistency - not too much, but noticeable. I have noticed too that this powder tends to dehydrate me - i.e. it sucks water up in the intestines. I can tell because I get very thirsty and dehydrated after. I'll have to compensate for that by drinking more water afterwards. I plan to mix this with the pea protein next time to see if it behaves any better. This powder tastes fine, but if I'm going to have to wrestle with it every time I make a smoothie, it is going to be frustrating. I'll report back with any improvements.

I bought this because I specifically looked for a protein powder without pea protein or dairy. There are very few to choose from. It comes about 3/5 full, which is why a lot of reviews are complaining about it being half full. I like the taste a lot. It kind of tastes like Job's Tears- nutty and sweet. I can see why some people would hate it. It's kind of an acquired taste and you have to try it for yourself because no other protein powder tastes like this one. It's very expensive for the amount you get but I haven't found any other options.
