Turned out it saved my friend almost $10,000
How you might ask... well "Frank" had a leaking pipe under his slab based home in Las Vegas that went to one bathroom... and was very upset that plumbers wanted almost $10,000 to dig under his house to replace it.So I installed this valve 5-6 months ago, with a timer that had 5, 10, 15, 20 & 30 minute buttons on it.Instead of water running constantly Frank opened the shower valve first... for that bathroom, which took pressure off the leaking pipe... pressed 10 minutes on his timer and this great little valve opened for that 10 minutes -- for the shower. That's how it saved Frank 10 grand and barely made any difference in his water bill. Great valve...
