Well after so many comments by people over the past few days of 'hey bengay' [being that the smell is similar ] but my reply that noooo way, Im infact using what bengay could never be,Actual pain relief.. I have to say it is an interesting icebreaker if anyone is around and isnt your typical unrefined jokester bengay you are, simplistic heathen type, even if just on occasion. Hurtblocker offers actual pain relief sure does.. . Otc nonetheless yay. And of course the heating effect lasts an amazingly longtime so definately icebreaker is no pun intended especially if someone you actually would like to or do enjoy talking to.. If i was asked 'hey how are you' while this Pro relief is applied to my back , that i may endure ,me so for sure that a gentle suggestion was made that my performance , That I ,need be A1 as I infact really am ,usually ,and up to par .. If I were not at the time captivated in a trance by subtle notes I heard of mm hurt me hurt me KG I know for a fact you can uncomparably handle it just how I need and also exactly how i likes , and endure thru pretty much everything about me dude.. . If i were not also intrigued since the fact only one as of recent ,caught my whole attention, dayone yes.. And not just my eye so to speak that Id very likely more than simply appreciate its soothing my seriousness for no not just briefly overnite but superbly almost nonstop for weeks , Im willing to keep it pro and take alllll the time needed.. Yeah this stuff really is thee hotness, yet pain relief sweet. The apparently perfect product profile to keep on doin ok & alrite. . ..Was infact right. And I can most definately handle that. Good product tho for sure*Dont get in a shower or bath and not immediately wash it off with a gentle oatmeal soap or something similar* It isnt pretty, And for sure isnt anything steamy.. For some reason the water turned relief and soothing to very uncomfortable hot hurt inducer ouch ugh pain.And seven hours later after just two very sparing applications of it ,not much. Wash your hands thoroughly after every use rubbing your eyelid even after a quickie handwash isnt really a pleasant experience at allP.S. Ohh I'm a truu heavyweight arrite ,even thee uh, pro part aside. That's rite Shame how much of my original dude unadulterated heat went to waste like so to speak with all these words in the way, that I could should be doing something more worthwhile with .. But it's been quite awhile ,so why not stay an actual while.. And really tell it ,In full. While in proper focus and the hurt is blocked and Im fairly soothed

I bought this product for myself for neuropathic pain in my hands and hips. My boyfriend used it for his back pain. It goes on and absorbs very quickly, with a cooling feeling, however, when your body temperature goes up - which is what happens when you are aggravating a muscle or area that is inflamed - you immediately feel the burn of this magic cream. When I say burn, I mean it. It heats up like a damn blowtorch. But guess what? Your pain is gone. It lasts for about 12-14 hours and will continue to warm up and cool down as you move around throughout your day. If your skin is sensitive, be careful, as if you try and wash it off, it will burn some more. You need to wash it off with COLD MILK. Yes, milk. Just put some milk on a rag or sponge and wipe the area. If you get it in your eyes (I DID AND I AM STILL GIVING IT 5 STARS!) because you stupidly didn't wash your hands with soap after application, then flush your eyes out with milk and it will be fine. DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR PENIS. We had a friend do this on a dare. It was very stupid. However, this product is so effective that I have bought 7 bottles in the last month. Four bottles went to my boyfriend's Marine Contractor crew, who suffer all sorts of aches and pains from the severity of the job. I sent two bottles to friends who have fibromyalgia for their pain. It works! And of course, a bottle for me.It is the best stuff I have tried and I have tried about 9 other "cayenne" products. If you are hurting, buy it.

I think most 5 star reviews on amazon are fake these days...people are paid to write them, so I rarely write one. Still, this worked so well for me I thought if I could convince even one person with pain to try it, it'd be worth it. I have chronic back pain due to "faulty" nerves. It used to be debilitating. I put this on and it feels a bit cool and smells a very bit, minty? But once I start exercising, whoa - it starts burning up, but no pain. I notice the burn on and off and I sometimes notice a muscle getting really tight, but the pain never comes through. This is really miracle stuff for me.My mom got shingles and didn't want to try it because it hurt just touching her skin. I finally convinced her to just apply it gently, and she couldn't believe the pain just disappeared. I have to apply it with a rag, because it permeates the skin so well I can't seem to wash it off my hands.

Product goes on easily, is not greasy, has little scent, and is very, very persistent. The cream works well for pain at night, but during day, it seems to generate too much heat when coupled with clothing, friction, and activities and burns after a few hours. Also, the pump dispenser never ever opened and worked properly and it would have been too much trouble to return so I just unscrew the cap, messily try to put some on a cotton ball, and carefully put the cap back on. Warning - because it is not too greasy, you may not notice it is still on your hands and clothes!

I cannot believe how well this works.It got rid of a horrible migraine that e-stim, excedrine migraine, a massage block, and regular massage could not help (my migraines are worst in my neck and shoulders). I applied it to my neck and shoulders, and the effect was instantaneous.Very little is needed, and it comes and goes in waves, lasting for a very long time.A small warning: this lasts for hours at a time, which can be a bit disconcerting if you use it somewhere like your foot. It can be a bit itchy and uncomfortable, but I find that I'm willing to endure very slight discomfort if it means lessening the amount of pain I have to deal with.Will absolutely buy again, and found it much more effective than Biofreeze.
