Is it possible to make this into a paste/sauce? If so, what ratio marinade:water would you use? Thank you

Hi, yes its possible to make a paste with this, you could do this with oil or water as both will work for marinating or basting. Start with the dry powder in a bowl and just add the oil or water while mixing until you get the consistency required, the more oil or water added the thinner the paste will be. Hope this helps

The meat glazes generally have some wheat flour in so will contain gluten

is there any nuticional info for these - sepcifically calories as im on a calorie controlled diet

Hi these are all around 300cal per 100g of product, recommended usage is 10% by weight of meat so would add 30 cal to a 100g portion if used at recommended coating quantity

what are the amounts of sugar and salt in these items

All varieties are very similar in nutritional profiles, the following is for 100g of product as sold, around 70g to 75g of Carbohydrate of which sugars 60g to 65g, Salt content 10g. Recommended usage is 10% by weight of meat coated, so 100g of product for 1kg of meat coated
