I actually started to like this case more and more the longer I own and use it! When it first came, I was surprised at how sturdy yet light it felt. However, the "N" key was stuck and "1" key kept popping out and I was initially pretty disappointed. The problems went away by themselves after about 2 days (I'm not complaining but I don't really understand how) and now the case is serving me really well! It links automatically (I just leave the Bluetooth on and connected the entire time) and I haven't seen a terrible battery drain on both the iPad and keyboard.Each time I first use the Bluetooth after starting my iPad, the connection takes some time to go through. I usually just keep pressing a key experimentally until it the iPad keyboard disappears and text starts showing up from the keyboard (usually no longer than 3 seconds). It's kind of annoying, but you get used to it and once the connection is established during the use, it stays connected pretty well. And the reaction rate (of the text showing up on screen after you press the keys) is swift and not too much of a lag there. Overall really satisfied with the case! The reaction of the keys (plastic, not the rubbery flimsy kind) feels good too.

I had purchased another, slightly cheaper keyboard case for my ipad mini. Fully aware that the keys would be smaller and things would be smooshed around a little bit in order to make it all work. The first case I got did not connect, to the ipad mini (I know what I'm doing, it was defective) so I was issued a refund for it, and then came back for this one. I have to say, it's connected on first try, and is fantastic as far as size, comfort of holding it, and ease of use.They keypad for a touch typist are a bit awkward, and it will take some time to get used to, but I had to get used to the tiny-feeling mac keyboard I'm using now, having gone from PC to mac (and my gigantic pc keyboard had all sorts of bells and whistles, the keypad on the side for numbers, etc...mostly the problem for me was how shallow a distance I have to now press the keys, compared to the old PC keyboard that had a full range and I was typing like I was mad at the keyboard initially--my point is, you can get used to it, with a little training and habituation.)The biggest issue for me is in some of the keys being smaller than normal and accidentally hitting the key next to it, (space bar, no longer something I can hit with my right hand, as it's not under my thumb anymore) but, like I said, I can learn to adapt.In all, this is really neat, seems well built and like it will protect the actual Ipad, versus the ones that seem to be ONLY a keyboard, with a clip attachment that holds the Ipad. I use this thing for a class where we stand up and read, so I needed something that easily fits in my hand, but also would protect the ipad if I should drop it--I think this would do a decent job. When it's flipped around and closed, the keyboard remains closed, and the Ipad is in book mode--quite nice!Of course, should it stop working I will come back and adjust my review--so far it seems to be working just fine out of the box.Also, a word about the box and packaging--top notch! It came in a nice box with cord for charging it and instructions--something the slightly cheaper one I received did not. I appreciate the added touch of quality design even in that--seemed to protect it quite well.Hope this helps !

Update: so i guess the keypad loosen up over time? The creaking stopped and the double type stopped but recently the right side shift button and delete button completely lost functionality. I've never appreciated the delete button more. Bought this sept 2017. Didn't last even a year. I was going to buy another one because when it's proprely working, it SO convenient! However, I can't buy a new one every 6 months on my student income. Trying a different one for now. Pro: it's super awesome when it comes to protection. Case is very sturdy. The swivel screen is great too!The iPad stays FIRMLY. I actually had a hard time pulling it back out. The rotating piece (circled it in blue) makes a cracking sound every time I move it which I'm super careful with since it seems to have a history of breaking... other than the sound it's working fine so far...The keyboard is faulty and quite annoying. All the ones circled in orange types double every time I hit it. Considering that the double space is a shortcut for the . It's capitalizing EVERY word. I have two spaces between each word as well. I turned off the shortcut but can't do much about all the other buttons...

Swivel hinge seems sturdy, case has some weight to it so that the ipad won't topple backwards. The keys are responsive and the bluetooth connection has a slight delay when coming out of sleep state, but after that the key presses are instant.My main feature in getting this keyboard case was the swiveling feature. I like how you can turn it all the way around and use it as a tablet, while keeping it in the case. There is a small gap when it is closed (near the swivel joint) as it is raised so you do get some wobble if pressing the corners.Other than that, I am satisfied to have this keyboard on my iPad Mini 2!**6 MONTH UPDATE**So I had this keyboard case for about 6 months now. I have dropped it several times and if you want good protection, this keyboard case probably wouldn't suffice. It is essentially plastic holding your iPad in place, as opposed to the Logitech keyboard case that protects the back and edges when folded up.Here is a picture of what the BATTOP branded case looks like now after a few drops. There is plastic buldging up from the swiveling part, but it still works. I would say 6 months use out of this product is fine by me. The best thing I liked about it was the angles you could have even if I didn't use the keyboard all that much.

Muy bien diseño, los materiales son excelentes, es muy fácil de enlazar con el iPad, y a pesar de no contar con la Ñ el teclado se adapta perfectamente, se llega a esuciar por los materiales muy fácilmente pero igual es demasiado rápido limpiarla

El teclado llegó antes de la fecha estimada. Aunque es un poco pesado para cargar en la bolsa, es un excelente producto. El teclado es maravilloso y compatible con el iPad mini. Artículo altamente recomendado.

Gran artículo que cumple mi expectativa de uso! Solo le encontré un detalle al diseño que puede acortar la fuerza del soporte, pero fantástico en lo demás!

Util si piensas tomar notas rápidas para un curso, o conferencia el teclado es pequeño pero se comprende por el tamaño del ipad

Better then I expected. Works perfectly and the durability and craftsmanship surprised me. I use it daily for work and it has never had any issues
