I love the pattern, but it just didn't look flattering on me. The fit was okay, It may have looked better if the torso was a little longer. I am 5'7-1/2" tall, weigh 205 and ordered an 18. I usually wear a 16, but I always go up one size with one-piece bathing suits. I really wanted it to look good and fit. I think I need the tummy area to be more flowing to hide my belly. This bathing suit was more sculpted, so it extenuated my belly more than I like. The bathing suit is made very nice, it is very soft and beautiful. Just not for me.

I almost didn't order this because of the problems people had with the size. I wear an 18 or X-large in pants. I went ahead and chose their XXL as was suggested in the reviews. The tag inside the suit does say 5XL. I was very pleased to say it fit.Out of the water, this suit is really cute. It covers everything and fits great.I got this for a deep water fitness class which means a lot of moving. This isn't the best suit for that. Another reviewer mentioned the beige-colored mesh underneath the flowy dress covering that connects the top with the bottom (orange) part. The covering does float up in the water and sometimes I wonder if my crack is showing with all of our moving around. I just make sure the covering is over everything and keep going.Also, the bottom of this suit is a "boxer-brief" type of design with a little bit of a leg on it. Those leg parts stay down while I am dry, but ride up while I'm in the pool. I spend a decent part of my time pulling them down. I am cautious of this since the dress part also floats up.In all, I wouldn't send this back and I think it looks cute- especially for the price I paid. I also agree that it doesn't do anything to "shape your body" and the padded cups are a bit big- but they work for me and are removable. The is well-made and would be great for vacation.

*July 6th, 2015 UPDATE*I've worn it in Argentina, Chile, and Spain so far! I love it and I'm planning on buying another for my sister! It gets lots of looks since I'm the most modest swimmer on the beach, but that's not really a bad thing is it?---------I'm 5'2, You see their size chart? The one in the pictures provided not the Amazon suggested size chart. According to their chart, I should get the size small. I followed the reviews and got the next size up, a medium. It fit perfectly!I love it! It is beautiful and really looks like a dress! I feel like frolicking on the ocean sand with a straw hat on my head and a picnic basket on my arm with this suit.I'm super happy with this and it arrived just in time for my trip to Chile! Adios!p.s. If your bust size is larger than a 32c, I suggest either removing/replacing the pads with thinner ones (they are kinda push-up), or getting a larger size than medium. The breast area is kinda small.

I'm short and chubby and I ordered the 16/18 which fits great. It feels good onthe material is not see-through which is a bonus. But it looks faded and not how the picture shows. I'm wondering after a few swims in chlorine water what it's going to look like. But fading, it already came faded .. and that's why I gave it three stars.

This is a very lovely suit, but I bought in a size larger than I usually get. Should have stayed with my normal size. The suit is durable and pretty. Well made and has proper bra cups. I now have three of these suits and like them very much.

this ships from overseas. It is not cut for plus sized American women. it takes a long time to arrive so do not order for a last minute event. it smells. the packaging smells. I mean, it was a smell you could smell all over the house for several days. I hung the swimsuit on the deck to air out for a few days and that helped. The 3x swimsuit itself is pretty, and flattering.... on my (average, American sized) 8yr old. Fit her perfectly. I ordered larger because I had read the previous reviews. I am exaggerating (slightly) . It did fit but is not remotely true to size. American size. I generally like to breathe when swimming and this suit in this size and cut would not adequately afford me that opportunity. Granted, I am generally a difficult fit. (1x too small in rear and 2x too large in boobs) This suit bound be up like a vibrant, orange, sausage. Top and bottom. More compression than Spanx* . The swimsuit itself is pretty and the colors are great but it doesn't really feel like swimsuit material. I would wear it in the water with trepidation. I would fear shrinkage (gulp) and the material disintegrating. It doesn't feel like normal Lycra*. Certainly does NOT have the "give" or "memory" of my dear friend, Lycra*. Currently, (because return shipping would be astronomical) it is just a colorful addition to a bottom drawer of my dresser. I won't be wearing it anywhere anytime soon.

Probably not the suit for a fashionista or even a swimmer below the age of 50.The product arrived on time but is somewhat lower in quality than what I was expecting. The hem on the bottom of the suit if just a rough edge. The little strip of fabric isn't a nicely finished separate piece of fabric, it is just haphazardly surged on with no real hem which causes it to pucker and lay poorly.It is a shame, if they spent .40cents hemming the bottom and attaching that separate piece of fabric properly this suit would be much nicer.That said, I am super pregnant and it covered all of the important bits enough that I could go swimming so, Yay. It's not the worst? It fit!

I ordered a different one of this brand and it fit so well, hid all the bulges that I ordered a second one in a different style
