desertcart.com : Lijjat Pappadum Punjabi Masala Flavour - 200g (pack of 3) : Grocery & Gourmet Food Review: great flavor ! perfect snack. - these are great. crisp up in the microwave in 60 seconds and are every bit as good as what i've had at restaurants. A little bit of heat but if i can tolerate it then most everyone probably can. i always order 0 spice at indian places. it's lentil so has high protein and low calorie so it is a great snack if you're trying to get in shape. i love them dipped in plain Fage greek yogurt, and even better if you top the yogurt with a little canned masala sauce or something like that. plus with the yogurt, the spice level is really nothing. Review: A 10 out of 10 amazing - The best pappadum crackers I've EVER HAD!! I can't get over how crunchy, flavorful and affordable they are. Thank you so much

Tasty and easy to prepare
Very tasty and easy to prepare in the microwave. They're a little thicker and less regular in shape than other brands I've tried, leading me to suspect that they may be hand made. I prefer to believe that.

Broken!
Very nice: I stack three on a plate, paper towel between them, and microwave for one minute. Great flavor, unbeatable crunch... BUT very fragile. I expect some chips off the edges (heck, get that when I bring them home from a store). But somehow, between the packing and the shipping, I don't think I've found a shard even half the size of an unbroken wafer. That can be done better, and other vendors do it better. Full points for the product itself, one off for careless packing. -- wiredweird

The perfect pappadum
This is the classic pappadum. Inexpensive, authentic and very, very tasty. Thin and crisp, easily broken but always good.

Not Very Good
Taste is very bland, and they do not cook well.

Very peppery, but very good.
I'm fond of spicy and this is very spicy. Lots of them, and easy to microwave, each for 30 seconds, no need to fry or do anything else and they are perfect. Some slight breakage in the package, but not much.

authentic and spicy
These are very good and authentic pappadum, actually better than most that we've had at Indian restaurants before. We like our Indian food spicy, and these are definitely spicy. So if you can't handle heat, I would recommend the plain or a different flavor. We cooked chicken biryani and chana masala and these went with it perfectly. One of the easiest and best ways to cook them is in an air fryer.... brush both sides lightly with olive oil and air fry at 375 degrees for about 3-4 minutes, flipping half way through (place underneath the basket to hold in place so they don't blow around inside the air fryer). Turns out perfectly crisp and roasted with those distinct pappadum "bubbles" on the surface. Highly recommended.
