Not as good as i would have liked
initial setup was confusing as there are 2 apps for the ibaby products. after going back and forth with the support team for over a week i discovered that the app i was trying to connect to was for the old M3, not the M3S.the setup was very simple once the correct app used.Prosrotatable camerafairly simple app to usecan store images onlinethe night mode produces a decent imageCons:there is only an iphone app (as opposed to a high definition ipad app), meaning viewing this on the ipad is simply doubling the size of the window which impacts the quality of the picture.adding additional users seems to crash the appthe app constantly crashes and you have to monitor the monitor to ensure it is workingthe sound alerts are too sensitivethe sound quality is poorthe image quality is poor (the camera may capture higher resolution, but the presentation in the app is very poor)you HAVE to view the monitor via an IOS device, there is no andriod app and you can not browse to a web site to view the monitorthis is the 2nd monitor i have purchased, i liked the idea of haveing a wifi connected monitor as my walls are very think and the standard monitors did not work. i also liked the fact that i could view the monitor remotely, however this is limited to IOS devices so only my wife can do this.overall it is an ok product, lots of room for improvement and i am sure there are better monitors out there.

Happy new year
Amazon warehouse is great! Product in great shape and extremely easy to use. Only works with Apple device though, but not an issue here. Alerts can be directly sent to your "I" device from motion or sound which the camera detects.

Not ready for prime time
On paper this product sounds amazing, however, in actuality it is very buggy and doesn't work as well as advertised. The setup is not that difficult, however, the network doesn't work about 30% of the time (not my home network or 4G network, the iBaby network). The pan feature is not the full range as advertised. I would say the up/down range is about 50 degrees, and the rotate is about 270 degrees. The listening microphone has a constant buzzing sound. The sensitivity of the alarms goes off when a fly comes into the room. The video quality is not great given the price. All around not a great product and for the price, it is a very bad value proposition. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. This is the ONLY thing I have ever returned on Amazon because it was a cruddy product.

It is amazing, I use it with my Iphone 5s

pros: it works (so far, have had it ...
pros: it works (so far, have had it short period of time) and decent picturecons: little glitchy, expensive, virtually no instructions, 0% tech/other support, and most problematic - appears to only interface with apple software.

Loses Wifi often
Picture quality is decent but camera movement and audio is delayed. Sometimes the audio quality is garbled and you can't understand what's being said. The app is terrible and crashes all the time when being used through cell service. It works about 50% of the time through wifi. I do not recommend this product.

Great monitor - and they sent me flowers
I had a previous model and it was more difficult to set up and I ran into problems with it not working a few times. I thought the M3s was very easy to setup and I have had it close to a year and rarely have any issues.Customer service - any time I had issues with the older model - customer service was great. Of course they want you to do certain troubleshooting steps but they replaced my monitor on 2 different occasions - the 2nd time was with the M3s. I only had a problem one time with the M3s and it was due to some problem on their end - it was only one night and then it worked fine. I did email them that night after I tried rebooting it and connecting to my computer. They sent me flower from proflowers.com to apologize. I have to say I was very surprised!! They have always had good customer service but what kind of company sends you flowers?! I don't really care about flowers but my wife liked them and I was pretty impressed. Now I will wait for flowers next time Comcast goes down - yeah right.

Do NOT buy! This camera is the worst!!!
We’ve been using this camera for about 8 months and I have regretted it from day 1. We had a similar model of the iBaby we got just over 5 years ago that was much better (though not without flaws). The app on this one is terrible and often freezes and there is no way to know your baby isn’t actually sleeping soundly. There are many things I dislike about this camera (see below), but my #1 complaint is that if your WiFi cuts out, the camera will beep loudly. So the only way I know that my WiFi has cut out is to be alerted by a screaming baby who was just awoken by the GD camera beeping.-The back of the camera has a bright blue light that can not be dimmed or turned off-It takes what feels like an eternity to load the app when you open it-the sound is super quiet (even when turned all the way up) and then will randomly turn up after a few minutes-if I open the app while holding my iPhone horizontally, the picture will only show up on 1/3 of the screen, requiring a force quit and to reopen-if I turn on the “Sleeping Record” function, which starts a sleep timer and turns it to audio only mode, the button to turn off that mode doesn’t work, and requires a force quit-the camera can be accessed from anywhere, by anyone with your login info, which for some people is a nice feature, but I dislike the idea that my family members with access to the camera can watch us at anytime without my knowledge. There is no way to disable this feature. It also seems less secure, and more prone to a stranger being able to hack in.There are probably more cons I forgot to mention, but this should surely be enough to dissuade anyone from buying this POS.

They made these worse by limiting how you access and configure
They made these worse by limiting how you access and configure. I had more problems with this generation than last one. Go get one of the other NON-BABY monitor IP cameras instead. They'll work a lot better and are compatible with all kinds of software.
