I was somewhat skeptical about this product, but I figured I should give this a try versus the pumice stone because to be honest, I'd never take out the time to do that. I use this product a couple times a week and the calluses that had formed on my heels and had been neglected for awhile were smoothed out. Before I used this product I noticed after showering my feet would feel somewhat smooth but it was temporary since after the initial moisture from the water and lotion passed it would be on the rough side again. The bottom of my feet are now smoothed out and polished, I am pleased!

I had heavy buildup of dead skin on bottom of my feet. Also skin was cracking causing painful cuts. I have never had done anything to my feet before except cut my nails so they were very negliected. On the first use I saw and felt the difference. After 3 days feet are getting better. No more cracks or painful cuts. I know it will take several treatments to get my feet back to normal. This unit has been a life saver after years of living with bad feet.

I loved the presentation of the product. It comes with batteries included. It works great on dry feet. I am on my feet all day, and I am so glad I found a solution for my dry feet. My feet are noticeably more smooth. If you put too much pressure on your skin the machine stops for your safety. Not only does this product work well, but it also has a great appearance. When you hold the product in your hand, it feels very comfortable. The foot file comes in a beautiful gold color. The instructions are clear and precise. If you follow them correctly I guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this product.

Cheaply made. I was excited to get this, but when I tried to use it the first time, the top snapped open. It's not broken, but it doesn't stay together. I have to be extremely gentle when using it or the top will keep popping off. Very disappointing. You really do get what you pay for. On a good note I like that it came with a case, and when I use it, if I can keep it together, which doesn't happen often, it actually does work.

I got this for my wife as one of her birthday gifts. Good thing it came with two rollers because when she started raving about it I asked if I could use it too. At the risk of over share, my feet are "nasty". They are so dry and cracked sometimes I end up getting man pedicures (with no polish on my toes). It's embarrassing at those pedicure places as the only guy. Now I don't have to go. Fancy Health pedicure callus remover does the job just great. It removes all my calluses. It even gets those long parts of dry, cracked skin. I just rub over that part of my foot for a few minutes on a regular basis to maintain. Over time, my feet have gotten smoother. Maybe that doesn't matter to you, but I hate when those dry torn spots catch the sheets when I'm in bed. I put some of my wife's lotion on after and my feet feel better than they ever have. I'm in the restaurant business and I'm on my feet all day so this has been an awesome working solution.

My feet are badly calloused and with that said I would say this product works good, under the circumstances of my horrible feet. I can not though press down at all or the wheel stops. I suppose patience is a virtue in taking it slow and removing these hard ridges and callouses one bit at a time. I ordered two of these. One for me and one for a gift and misread the product info as the first word in product name is "Electric" and I thought it also came with an electric cord so I did not have to deal with buying batteries all the time.

I have callous and wanted to try this instead of paying extra for removal during my pedicures. Use before bed. Put a good cream on feet and it does a great job.

Bought this a few weeks ago and wanted to try it a couple times before I left a review. Not only is it a really classy item in a beautiful rich color, but it works perfectly! I use it slowly as recommended ... usually in front of the tv ... and can't believe how smooth my feet are after removing layers of callouses. It is well worth the price and I would highly recommend this to anyone who has been looking for something to finally get rid of those scratchy feet. Great product!
