Do these need to be refrigerated after baking?

I didn't refrigerate mine, muffins don't usually require it but they might stay fresher longer. Just make sure they are covered as I find almond flour makes baked goods a little drier and they don't improve in taste the longer they sit.

How can these be keto with 15g of Carbs?!?

You can Subtract the fiber and subtract 50% of sugar alcohols, unless it contains Erythritol, in which cause you can deduct 100%. This makes each portion only 2gm net carbs

We followed the keto recipe for the fishy brownie taste was ok but way to dry. Any suggestions?
