Softer than expected. At first thought too soft, but using the two pillows together, I have slept better, less neck ache and apparently don’t snore as much either. Not sure how long before they will clump together. Outer shell not quilted like in the picture

Very comfortable soft pillows , plus having that bit of support. . They also spring back into shape . I’m very pleased .

The pillows are a good size, appear well-made and the covers are very soft but that’s about all. They are very flat and offer no support whatsoever. I let them air to bounce into shape, put a clean pillow case on one a rented my head - expecting much thanks to all the positive reviews - and could feel the mattress straight through it. Return request made straight away.

Pillows are difficult to assess as they are either too soft or too hard but in this case, I found pillows that ideally suited to my sleep pattern. In appearance they look decidedly firm but in fact they are both soft and supportive and I am enjoying good sleep since their arrival. Very pleased with the product but there again, they might not suit everyone.Product is well made with clean finish.

They’re ok one isn’t high enough and 2 is too high so it’s trying to find that happy medium they’re comfy when your sat up in bed but I can’t get them right to sleep on yet, waking up every morning with a stiff neck and pain in my shoulders

The pillows feel very plush and luxurious.
