Nice, and easy to use
Reliable to removing moisture from the filtration system, it takes me 7 minutes to get back to the standard operation pump.For new users: Lubricate the thread of a 4 M4 socket bolt for the next cleaning cycle. Absolute work horse
This pump is fantastic for all night use. When running an ethanol distillation for essential oil extraction I can let this baby go for 6 hours without a break.

Some trouble with check valves.
This pump seems to have some trouble with check valves. Using a 3 gallon vacuum chamber, without a check valve, it pressurizes slowly down to -24 inHg. With check valves, such as in FoodSaver style vacuum containers, the containers are only reaching -16 inHg or less. These same containers pressurize down to -20 inHg and below using either my oil based vacuum pumps or a hand powered vacuum pump.I initially was only achieving -17 inHg with the vacuum chamber. I tightened up the filter bubble and replaced a connector improving the maximum vacuum to the -24 inHg.
