I have purchased three of these in the last year - two to give as gifts. This are the best belt I have owned. Because of the latching device the buckle is heaver than most belts, but that is no problem for me. They have one issue that bothers me. The paint on the buckle is of poor quality and it tends to scratch off leaving the metal showing.

This is easily the best belt I've ever owned. The rachet is easy to use and adjust. I have a body where my waist and hips are about the same. My other belts were always too loose or too tight. I went to using suspenders once I had the embarrassment of my pants falling to my ankles in Wlamart.......twice! But I'm a Septugenarian and the pressure on my shoulders from the suspenders was uncomfortable the last few years. With thi sd belt I can tighten it just right when I have to walk in oublic but quickly, unobtrusively loosen it again wh er n I sit again, as in a restaurant or at home. The buckle is a bit heavy but extremely attractive. I just bought additional colors.

Looks nice, works well, fit is good but definitely not "genuine leather" unless you buy into the false narrative that PU "leather" is "genuine". I doubt this belt will look good in a year. I hate all the people calling plastic leather now and this is no exception- foam core and plastic "leather grained" skin. On a positive note - much better for the normal cattle not skinned to make these, sad for the polyurethane bovines though😁

This belt is almost exactly what I was looking for. I now wear military style magnetic belts for everyday use, but I could not wear one to work due to formal dresscode. I bought this belt as a medium between a hole punched belt and a non-traditional one. This is almost the best of both worlds, although it is not magnetic and does not connect in the middle, it doesn't require having to find a hole and is much easier to get the perfect notch. Ideally, I would have liked something that detached in the middle and didn't have a "tail" hanging off the side, but this will do.So why not 5 stars? Well about 3 months into owning it, the black finishing started rubbing off. It was painted over silver metal... I also have to point out that the description says leather and as many have pointed out, this is rubbery plastic at best. No one important notices the quality difference or probably even cares to say anything, but I am tired of these fails claims online to sell stuff.All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and will most likely order a replacement when\if this ever breaks, but it is by no means a high quality belt that.

My first belt of this type. I really like it now that I have worn it for a few weeks. At first it seemed difficult, especially to unsnap it and take the belt off. It is just a learning experience. It is very high quality and extremely stylish. I will order more of this type. I love belts, and this one is a really good one.

I had previously purchased a belt with this same type of ratchet device and liked it. When I saw the belt and the buckle, I knew I wanted it. It is nice to be able to cut the belt off, in order to provide a perfect size. The buckle is heavy, so keep that in mind. However, it is a very nice design. I actually bought two of these belts, a black and a brown. I gave a 5 star rating to durability, based on previous experience. If this one doesn't deserve the rating, I will come back and change the posting.

This is a great quality belt for the price. I am a huge dude so o bought a really big one. I find belts for big guys can vary in size greatly.Because of that, I bought a very large belt. It was easily cut on the side where the buckle is attached so my advice is to make sure you get big enough if you’re unsure. Better too have too much because it’s easily trimmed off. The buckle then fits very tightly and I have had no issues with it slipping. I will say I have not worn the belt with jeans or many different fabrics, but it fits comfortably. It’s very sturdy and well made. It looks great and the ratchet buckle is so nice. Where has the buckle like this been all my life? For someone with a bit of a gut ( a lot ) in the front, I am used to buckles basically gouging me belly and making me feel uncomfortable while sitting. This belt helps eliminates this.Overall, for the price and quality, I HIGHLY recommend.Nice to find a good product at the right price on here, especially in the apparel or accessories department.

At first, I was irritated that it didn't arrive as 1 piece. I see that is so you can trim it down if needed where the belt joins the buckle. I wear a belt every day, and love that I just easily adjust to my bloated and non bloated days, and it doesn't hurt when I wear it! I wish it was a bit thinner width wise, it doesn't leave much room in my belt loops to clip my carbiner ring keys, but I don't think this belt will crack and wear like traditional "holed" belts! I think this will be the only kind I will buy again! I just wish these were in women's, but the buckle I chose is nice and gender neutral!

This has become my favourite belt. It is easy to adjust and has proven to be very comfortable, so much so that I have bought three similar racket belts s presents for others. Highly recommend.
