Solid well made set
I purchased this as a gift and she still raves about it to this day. If you want to impress a special someone with a quality Dabba, this is it. It’s functional and well made.

Big size, heavy weight with low build quality
Pros: the box is pretty big and heavy.Cons: the build quality is really bad. So many sharp edges. The handle of the inner lid, the spoons, and the bowls, all have sharp edges.Additionally, the box I received was dented when it arrived, but that's just luck.

Wish I had bought this years ago!
I bought the stainless steel double lidded 22cm size, and it is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I really enjoy cooking Indian meals, and this makes it easier having all the spices in the same place - you take off the lid, and all the spices are ready to be used, no messing about with opening different jars or tins. (btw, when I do open the lid, the smell is divine). I bought myself a set of masala dabba spoons at the same time, as I didn't notice that there is one included in the box. But having one for each of the 7 containers is useful too.The quality of the stainless steel is really good, and is quite a weight, I had no problem with the lid being too tight, or too loose. There are no seams in the containers, so ground spices don't stagnate in grooves. I will really enjoy using this for my cooking.

Very Disappointing
I bought this as a travel spice rack as it looked like a good way to transport 7 herbs/spices around. When the product arrived I was disappointed to find that the lid does not seal the 7 containers so if tipped everything would fall out and mix together.I then tried to open the lid and it was very tight. after a struggle the lid finally released and the force of the release meant that the 7 pots inside all flew out!I immediately contacted the seller for a refund which they agreed quickly but I had to pay the return postage. After spending a further £2.99 on postage I had to chase them twice over a 4 week period to finally get the product price refunded.A frustrating experience to put it mildly.

Straightforward, practical spice boxes
Bought two of these - the big one and the middle one (24cm and 20cm) with stainless steel lids. Used the smaller one for common ground spices (including my homemade chilli powder - fruity and hot!), and the larger one for the whole spices. Had great fun filling them up, as you can see from photo!Tins are lovely and solid, lids fit well and I am very pleased. Now I just need to invite some friends round for a serious beer and curry evening! If you are interested which spices I have put in there:Cumin (ground and whole)Coriander (ground and whole)CardamonPaprikaTurmericNigella seedsCinnamon quillsFennel seedsMustard seedsGaram Masala (ground)Chilli powderPanch Puren (Indian five spice mix)So, basically the core bits and pieces. I might yet buy the baby one for more unusual spices - I just like stacking the tins up!

Scratched and dirty.
Really disappointed. Item arrived dirty and damaged. Had spent a while comparing reviews and finally decided on this dabba as a gift. Complete mistake. Heavy scratches to inner containers and spoon and dirty black marks. Some small dents to outer lid, which I would have let go - but the item should never have been sent out in that state. Other than that, the size looked ok, top lid quite stiff to remove. Oh, and what looked like small brown rust marks on back of lid...which shouldn’t be there if this is stainless steel surely. Returning and have ordered a more expensive, different brand on the hope of a giftable item.

Sturdy but could be easier to open
So much more convenient than having seperate spice jars especially when you’re using so many so often. The tin is so sturdy, nice and heavy… however opening it can be hard work (and that’s with clean hands too). You have to dig your fingers into the rim and pull apart from the bottom which could go wrong if you accidentally lost the grip and turned the whole tin sideways.. would have been 5/5 if there was a little lip somewhere where you could pull open easierAnother issue I have is when you run your fingers across the outside glass the static causes some of the spice to jump up and sit on the inside of the glass.. but I suppose that isn’t the product’s fault. Just have to give it a wipe down every so often.Other than those two points I love it, would definitely recommend it! I chose the biggest size and each compartment easily holds a 100g pack of spice each!
