There are two keys, in my opinion, to healthy bowel movements: 1. Eat natural foods (meat, vegetables, fruits) and eliminate processed foods. 2. Probiotics or prebiotics. Since starting to take Ora Organic Probiotics about six months ago, I've noticed that my bowel movements are more regular, more consistent in density, and without any excessive residue (if you know what I mean) as evidenced by the 99% clean toilet paper observations post-wipe. Been using it now for about 1-1/2 weeks & i really believe I'm already seeing results with aiding my digestion issues, IBS/ GERD, gas & bloating issues, to name a few.. because I had been taking a common brand name probiotic from the supermarket that wasn't doing anything dispite taking it for 6 months.. so i searched Amazon in hopes in finding a high quality non-gmo/ organic brand, and this one had such good reviews I decided to give it a try. So far it seems to be helping some-what, although I'm still struggling with bloating.. but I'm looking into making more diet changes that might more directly address the bloating issue.. but after just a week & half i can see a big difference compared to thae brand from grocery store, which, quite frankly was like taking nothing... my only concern is being on such a tight budget I may not be able to afford buying this every month at this current price... so although it seems like a great high quality product, it might be unattainable for me being a bit too pricey for my budget... so because the price is a more expensive brand like all the other high priced pro-prebiotics competitors, I deducted 1-star, otherwise I'd give it 5-stars... Look, I fully understand the mantra, "you get what you pay for" is basically a true statement.. it's just, in today's economy it would have great if they could have made it slightly more affordable for a monthly supply, because i have to buy 2 bottles, one for me & one for husband, making it well over $60+ per month, which sadly I realized i cannot afford on a regular basis at these prices... that's all... but I do believe it is a good product

I am allergic to everything and these probiotics helped my digestive system with everything. The value you get with these pills that are not gigantic is fantastic. When your stomach feels better, you have more energy these help with that.

I never write reviews and also dislike writing poor reviews. However, I feel compelled to do so because I have tried not once, but TWICE to contact Ora Organic’s customer support about an issue and have never received a response. I received my bottle but several capsules were broken. Powder was everywhere in the bottle. Furthermore, ALL of the capsules in the bottle were brittle; they would crack at pinching them together. I don’t know if this is normal for this company because it’s my first time ordering, but what I do know is that that isn’t normal for general capsules. I even worry if this is safe to take. I wanted to either return or replace my product but couldn’t do so through Amazon — it redirects me to Ora’s webpage, which I have emailed and submitted an inquiry form TWICE but never received any response whatsoever. Poor quality with the absence of customer support. I will not be ordering anything from this company again in the future and urge buyer caution.

UPDATE 07.14.22 I am still using these daily. There no side affects for me at all. I am able to continue my gut health, and have less stomach problems. My stomach is usually very sensitive to certain foods and it seem like it has improved dramatically since I have been taking these. I did stop taking these for a couple months as I was too busy to order another bottle, and I noticed a HUGE difference when I was not on these. I would be constipated for days and feel super bloated. Just sluggish all together. So I went back on it and after a couple of days I was feeling much better. TMI: I always had irregular bowel movements, and the past couple of weeks I have been pretty constipated. So I decided to take something natural to help with my gut health. I have been taking these consistently for two days now, only once a day though because I keep forgetting to take it again later in the day. But I take in the morning around 9-11am. Following with my other vitamins, and one water bottle. And then a small breakfast or I wait until lunch to eat. For the past three days I have been able to go to the bathroom once daily without any problems. Usually it takes me a little while in the bathroom, but with these it helps everything to come smoothly which is a HUGE plus! Save me on a lot bathroom time lol. So far so good, I will finish the bottle and if it continues like this I will most likely subscribe to a monthly subscription.

These simply did not help at all, though it isn't always gut flora that is the cause of the problem so pro/pre-biotics wouldn't help. I was given a full re-fund as well
