I’ve had zero negative side effects and while I can’t say for sure I’ve seen major gains it’s only been two weeks. I am on a cut and I did set a new 5k record time so my results back up acytl studies done with speed walking and power with elderly patients. I’m not going to say it’s an anabolic replacement for illegal anabolics or even legal SARMS and Prohormones but I will say the side effects seem non existent and the benefits seem reasonable so far. I’ve been in a deficit for 8 weeks and I’m maintaining my strength at near 100%. So far so good.

Make sure to take the recommended dose WITH A MEAL. I know it says it on the directions but actually follow it.... This stuff hit me FAST when i took it without a meal and it made me feel like i was going to pass out.

Works really well

This product ingredients looked really good. I usually start by taking only one to see if there's any side effect. So far i have not slept well on this, but i have also been under more stress. I didnt take it last night and slept better. I might try it one more time as I felt the ingredients seemed to be better than other supplement i saw.

This product gave me a severe allergic reaction. I have no known allergies. I workout at least 3 times a week. I'm 35 and I have never had a reaction like this from anything. I took the bottle to my doctor and it had 3 doctors and nurse scratching their heads of what may have caused the reaction. After ruling out any other supplements it could have been, the only explanation is; This is the product of poor quality control at the factory/packaging facility. It is also concerning that I could not find a single person who has had a reaction remotely close to mine. Leads me to believe if there was one, it might have been removed. In any case, I will not be taking this and I will be avoiding anything from this company in the future. Below were my symptoms:- Serious muscle pain. Felt like someone was tearing my muscle fibers apart-Severe rash from head to toe-Extreme migraine for at least 6 hours (before the medication kicked in)-Skin burning sensation-Liver counts were high (expected with an allergic reaction)-Symptoms duration: 2 weeks (Although it's important to mention, my ankles held a faint rash for more than a month after)Whatever it was, it stuck around for a while. Kinda like how long albumin sticks around in your body. So it could have been some heavy metals cross contamination during the refining process. Hope this helps someone.
