Will this work with Juliet magnifier of my Cz scorpion?

I have the Joliet 6 on my AR and works great

Can this be used on ABR or rifles?

Yes, it can be used on any rifle with a picatinny rail. However, it has the traditional AR15 offset, so a good cheekweld may be a problem. Most ABRs have such a rail and would be compatible. As for the ABR 223, you'll have to ask someone who plays Call of Duty.

How do you install the ARD? it's not in the manual

There are a few good videos on you tube that walk you through it.
