Yes, it came without a package, yes, there is no manual, but this is very easy to operate portable electrical contraption. I contacted seller and got quick response if you charged your device and press and hold on button for 3-5 seconds it will start working. The rest was easy to figure out myself: If you promptly press it it will change the speed and start to work faster, you can change heads to smoother or rough. If you need to clean it, just open up the top (you’ll disconnect head with the rest of the device body), take white laying and shake it or use small brush from the kit). It doesn’t completely vacuum away all calculus debris, but almost most of it. Overall I got exactly what i need. It is much better than what I have had before and with social distancing i can shave my heels any time without going to nail salon.

Received unboxed an not working....

So this happened. I got this, plugged it in, charged it. My old 59 year old feet need all the help they can get and thought this would be a great way to keep the dry patches and heel dry skin under control. Happy with the performance BUT then the USB port came undone and now I can no longer charge it. So I have a useless piece of junk. So no, I can not recommend an item since the cheap construction can't even figure out how to properly secure the only way to charge this thing in place permanently. I'm no fool and won't buy another in hopes it's not going to have the same issue. I wrote the seller, no reply yet. Probably won't hear from them. If I do and they offer to replace it, I'll go for it. If not I won't buy from this seller again. Money talks!

Item was not in original package. It looks like it's used! It was in an old plastic bag. It has no instructions & it doesn't work. I want my money back. I've been an Amazon customer for many years and I've never had this experience before. I'm offended!

This was late in arriving by 2 weeks and now Wont let me return, came in a plastic bag no instructions and this is a gift for s friend. It doesn’t work Contacted seller twice they said go watch it on U tube, it will work then. Filed a claim with Amazon 8 days ago who said I would be emailed with a decision. Not yet and its day 8. Seller must be giving them the runaround too! I will not be buying from China again even though I did not know when I made purchase. Amazon needs to put location with Sellers name so people are aware first hand.

Mine didn't come in a box (just loose in a bag), nor did it have instructions.It's not too difficult to figure out - USB charger (plug adapter not included). Then hold in the power button to turn off/on and press the power button quickly to change between the two speeds. Mine came with 4 grinding surfaces - two fine and two course.It doesn't have the power I expected based on a video I saw - but it does work. Though experimentation, I've found that the most effective way to use it is to use very light pressure and let it grind off dead skin gradually. Expect it to take a very long time and multiple charges to work on thick callouses. If you apply even moderate pressure, it will stop moving entirely.

If I can give a zero review, I would. This is, by far, the worse product that I've ever purchased. After one use, it no longer works. I've charged it up and even when fully charged, it won't spin out so anything. I've tried to reach out to the seller but have not gotten any response. Do not buy, waste of your money.

I received it in a plastic bag without any Merchandise description or guide. It's looks as refurbish. I use it right away, was very happy and write a good review.After two times of use charge stops working, I found one suitable in my household, but it didn't help...It's not working after three times of use. Don't buy!
