B BRANTON Ninja Obstacle Course for Kids - 2 X Ninja Kit with Many Accessories for Kids (2 X 42Ft Ninja Kit)

Our kids received this as a Christmas gift and after almost a year of using it, the ratchet for the slack line broke. I emailed Branton to see if they offer replacements, and they sent a replacement at no additional cost. We are so grateful for their help and kindness! Now our kids are able to play on their slack line again!

Purchased as Christmas gift for my 7 year old. Took a little trial and error to set up (right height etc.) but the You Tube videos from company were extremely helpful. Kids got plenty of use in Jan/Feb until main line snapped in half. Could not see any defects in line so not sure what happened. I contacted their support team and received a reply almost immediately. Folks were apologetic and offered me a new, and slightly larger line free of charge. They also threw in extra tree protectors and a new ratchet. Have yet to install new line and waiting til Spring. While the line breaking was disappointing, the service and support is stellar. Nice to know companies still stand behind their products and will make things right

Grandkids love this device. Grandpa loved how sturdy, easy to assemble and safe this device is. And best of all the customer service is excellent.....prompt, courteous and exceeded my expectations!!!!

We haven’t installed the obstacle course yet due to snow but I wanted to recognize some great customer service. We received the 42ft set as a gift but unfortunately our trees were too far apart. I contacted Branton and they immediately sent out a 50ft line at no extra charge. Hoping to post a more detailed review when we get it all set-up!
