Newmowa Waterproof Case Accessory Kit for Polaroid Cube and Cube+

Better than the official Polaroid accessories! I had a basket full of problems with the OEM Polaroid Cube waterproof case that resulted in missing out on a lot of awesome vacation videos. Now all I have is my spotty memories of the mesoamerican reef, and we all know those get scrambled by time and tequila. The activation button on this case works FAR more reliably than the Polaroid one. I was originally scared off by other reviews saying the plastic was "hazy" and caused problems with the video. No such problems with mine. My only caveat is the wrist strap is a tiny bit snug if you've got big ole man hands like I do. Don't waste your money on the Polaroid versions - I will be taking my new Newmowa to Mexico and everyone will get to see my manatee like grace in full HD video!!!

I mainly purchased this for the waterproof case. The other stuff is just gravy. And for the life of me, I can't figure out what they are for. There's the yellow floaty handle. Yes, I know what that's for. But the wrist strap seems like an after thought. There is no dedicated ring to thread the wrist strap to. Yes, you can loop it in the hing section, but that seems like a Kludge. Then there's the clip-mount that doesn't clip to anything. Don't know what this is used for. Then, there's some kind of weird S&M style hand mount that doesn't seem large enough to fit a human adult hand. Honestly. I can barely get it to fit on three of my fingers! the case is nice, but none of cut-outs match any of these pieces. I have no clue how to put this stuff in the zipper case. I came back to this Amazon page just so I could see how others used this thing...and found nothing.

The media could not be loaded.  Seals perfectly and allows for great underwater shots 👍🏻 Holds my Polaroid Cube very securely when closed. Easy to use button. Can be mounted on any GoPro mount which is nice. I have only used it snorkeling (see pics and video) not diving but used it numerous times underwater without any leaks.

The case was generic and the foam insert was not really made for the equipment, but everything fits. The base for the camera enclosure appeared to be designed to snap into another part, but no mating device was provided. The Velcro strap for the wrist mount was sewn on backwards, so the strap could not be secured without taking it off and re-sewing it. The camera enclosure looked sturdy and was dry inside after a 2-hour immersion in a foot of water (if you buy one, I suggest you make this test before risking your camera in it underwater). I have not tried it in deeper water yet.

The hand stripe is way way way too small, there is no way you can put it in...doesn’t even know what the flooding container is for... it couldn’t really do anything....only the waterproof case is worth to buy

But the case with additional acdessories had no use to me and was a waste of money. Too bad you couldn’t pick your pieces to include with case. Cause who uses the hand mount? No one!!!!

Simple, well made product and excellent packaging. Waterproof cage works perfectly and hand strap is excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice enough kit for what you pay. I really liked the wrist strap when buying but after getting it can't figure out for the life of me how to strap it as it seems backwards. The straps have multiple Velcro pieces but none seem to match up and the plastic where it would seem to go through to overlap doesn't seem right either. Case is waterproof and videos came out well in the waters of hawaii
