Great product. Easily changed

Disappointed. I ordered an HDR Equipe for my daughter and her pony. We thought the adjustable gullet would be perfect since we live in Hawaii and tack shops are limited, none on our island, so saddle fitting is an issue. The saddle came with a medium gullet so I ordered the MW and Wide from Amazon. The holes in the replacement gullets have been very poorly machined so you have to try to force the screws threw. It’s a difficult process and the MW gullet is so poorly done it simply won’t work at all. I just called JPC Equestrian but no one is in the office due to our time difference. Now my daughter’s saddle is unusable until I can get new screws and a new well drilled gullet shipped to me. I’m very frustrated because this saddle and system is well reviewed elsewhere.

Blue is medium wide and red is extra wide. I have got a blue twice now inside red packaging but not the red item.

Very frustrating. I ordered the MW to adjust my HDR close contact saddle to fit my 16.2 hh horse better (he’s a weird shape) but the piece came so poorly threaded for screws that I couldn’t use it. The original HDR screws didn’t fit the insert I received. Waste of money.
