We purchased these for our hand washing stations at work to help with reopening our business safely during the Covid crisis. They were great for the first couple of weeks, then one sensor got erratic (batteries fine, no obstruction or dirt on the sensor). A second unit stopped working entirely after 6 weeks. As this was after the 30 day return policy, and purchased through a 3rd party, there was no clear path for warranty service or replacement. These units were waste of money, and now we need to find a better product with a straightforward warranty policy.

I had read other reviews that people had this product give them problems almost immediately - I have been using it for over 2 months now and love the dispenser - I have to admit I’m not wild about the fact that it is all plastic, but it works so well I can overlook that - I use the 1:5 ratio of liquid soap to water and I still get a nice, thick foam of soap e very time - also, I just use regular liquid soap or antibacterial liquid soap, not one meant for foam dispensers - this item gets used at least 6 to 10 times a day, and I have yet to replace the batteries - you can also somewhat determine how much foam you want each time by just raising your hand closer to the dispenser tip - as soon as the foam senses your hand there, it stops dispensing - if you want a big load of soap, just hold your hand farther away from the tip - so far, I highly recommend!

I really wanted automated soap dispensers for my entire house, so I actually bought one from two different companies to try them out.Company #1 - nice looking, not very good foam, occasionally took a couple of tries for soap.Company #2 (this one) - utilitarian look, great foam, sensor seemed reliable.So then I bought 3 more of #2, put soap in them, tested them at thought I was going to be happy. Then all of a sudden they would activate at any disturbance or change in lighting. Overnight 10% of the soap would have been dispensed in the sink. Trying to figure out what was going on, simply turning off or on the lights would activate them.I complained and they sent me 3 more, with exactly the same results. I sent them all back for a refund and 3 away the first 3.

Extremely disappointed in this overpriced purchase. I wanted a touchless hand sanitizer dispenser for my classroom. This is such a piece of junk. It wouldn’t suck up hand sanitizer so I emptied it and tried soap. A complete dud. Makes a sound like something big is about to come out, but nope.

We really like this. I love that you dilute the soap so it lasts a long time and you can see how much you have left. Sometimes the motion detector takes more than once to detect but not very often (even then it's just twice) It stays very clean which is nice as our old one made a mess. The foam goes a long way too. I'd buy this again for sure.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a MUST HAVE when you have kids. It’s so stinking easy to use! It takes four regular batteries (not included). Those batteries go on the backside so that they don’t get water logged. Then you turn it in with a tap of the finger. Pour in some foaming soap (or make your own), and put your hand under it to make it work! It puts out a perfect amount of soap. I need one for all my bathrooms...and I’ll be suggesting that all my parents friends with small kids get one!

This is compact design for me, did not take up too much space for me, I would say similar as a normal hand pump style. And easy to use. Battery cover has gasket. It is a very good item for this pandemic. Especially for restroom in company, people no need to touch to get the hand soap, it is a big plus for the safety. Also, the sensor is very good, I did not feel a delay, and the amount of soap is good enough for me. Very happy with my purchase.
