This product worked flawless with my Yamaha receiver. This actually works better than the original. I now receive satellite radio, Spotify, and serious radio. All with out a glitch.

Like the title says you don't need anything more than this unless you want colored ones or something more visually pleasing. They are small they do exactly what they are made to do and they are inexpensive. I had missing antennas and my download speed went up from 800kb/s to 9Mb/s when I attached these.

I bought this pair of dual band antennas because the built-in WiFi card on my new desktop was pretty weak, and they’ve been doing the job nicely. Installation couldn’t be easier—just screw them onto the RP-SMA connectors and that’s it. No need for extra drivers or software like some external adapters require. As soon as I put them on, the signal improved right away. They cover both 2.4GHz and 5GHz/5.8GHz bands, so I get steady coverage whether I’m going for range or speed. Since these are 3dBi antennas, the gain is modest—it’s not going to magically push WiFi through thick walls. In my setup, the desktop sits under a desk with the back facing a wall, while the router is out in the living room on the opposite side. The distance isn’t small, and while I do notice a bit of lag when gaming, normal browsing and streaming work just fine. For my needs, that’s enough. If you’re farther away and want a stronger signal, you might look into one of those USB WiFi adapters with external antennas that sit on your desk instead of directly on the PC. But for me, I prefer the cleaner look without adding more clutter, and these antennas get the job done.
