Samsung Galaxy S4 T-mobile Sgh-m919 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone - Black Mist (Certified Refurbished)

Phone received was stolen, T-mobile couldn't activate it. I sent it back with a prepaid label provided by Bastex that did not even cover the cost of sending it back, I paid an extra 8$ to send back this stolen phone. I was ultimately refunded minus the extra 8$ to ship it. Also just received an email from Bastex asking me to remove this review..why would I do that it is a completely accurate account of what happened..too funny.

My order arrived today and it came WITHOUT THE PHONE! I recevied the back panel, charger and battery but NO PHONE!! I would like my phone shipped to me immediately. I purchased this item for my son's birthday! I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my experience. Please ship the phone to me overnight!!! I paid $212!

I am very disappointed with this phone. It arrived as described, but only on the outside. I had to take it to a cellphone store so they could clean it up; it even had the ex owner's phone with the area code, a zillion advertisements and even posts and messages from different people which of course, I didn't know who they were. I have to visit the local store twice because they had in order to clean it of all this worthless remnants. This week, about a month later, I am still having trouble with the phone, had to buy another SD card and had to have it checked again because it is not working as I expected and as advertised. This means more expenses which are now around $100 extra. I will NEVER buy another cellphone from you or recommend it to anyone. Worst experience I have had buying through Amazon (had never had any problems). And still, can't don't have a decent phone I can trust.

The phone looked great, but it didn't work properly. It kept shutting off and on all by itself. After looking online to see if it was something that I did wrong, I finally contacted Samsung's tech support. They said that the first thing that I needed to check was the battery. The repair person at the battery store showed me that the battery that came with the phone was swollen, and was the likely source of the problem...or at least one source of it. I had to purchase a $49 battery because my son needed the phone and couldn't wait around for a return process to take place. I haven't had any problems with the phone since replacing the battery yesterday, so I am cautiously optimistic that it is working now.Edit: phone completely died in less than 2 months. Total waste of money.

Be careful with this vendor. I bought aSamsung Galaxy S4 T-mobile Sgh-m919 Unlocked... and it worked fine. 3 days to the expiry of the 3 months warranty the phone STOPS reading the sim card. We restarted it, called samsung customer service and everyone thought the sim card slot had a problem. Guess What? the phone had been locked. It could not read any other sim card except T-mobile... Who.. could not unlock the phone except if we provided them with the previous Telephone#. i had Several communication with the vendor to UNLOCK the phone but DID NOT get us any results. He insisted the warranty was expired. Which makes me wonder if the Vendor did not actually do this on purpose....

The phone I received does NOT have the Corning Gorilla Glass screen. It has a cheap aftermarket glass screen that may not even be tempered glass!The AMOLED matrix has also been replaced by a garbage aftermarket one with terrible contrast on blacks."ZeroLemon" IS A LIE. DO NOT BUY. THIS LISTING IS A LIE.

Waste of money! Phone only worked for a few days before problems started. Wouldn't charge or turn on, then finally got it on with it plugged in but stayed at 0% and lasted barely a minute before turning off. I give this 1 star because they offered to send me a new battery, the thing is, the battery wasn't the problem and now I've got to spend more money to repair it. Such a hassle and I can't afford to just throw away money. In the end, phone doesn't work and I'm a chunk of money short. better to buy a new phone if they don't check for functionality. Waste of money!

Not worth purchasing this refurbished product from Blutek Intl. If your product stops working shortly after the 90 day warranty, as mine did, Blutek will not help you. It was working fine, but now after I see the "Samsung S4" during startup, the screen stays dark. Also, after charging the battery, sometimes the battery level indicator shows 100%, sometimes 0%. Do you have any ideas about what the problem is? Of course, this starts right after the 90 day warranty you offer expired.
