This is a REALLY useful book that helped me in preparation for a job application. The information is really in depth and the different situations gives perspective for the role. Also good to help gain skills for obtaining a promotion, work in conjunction with your line manager to maximise this. Worth buying if you want to go into school / higher education management.

A brilliant book which allows you to undestand the challenges you may face as a new deputy headteacher, as well as giving you tasks to do. allows that all-important reflection. Thank you. Lots to learn, but this is a fantastic start.
