I was skeptical reading all the reviews where it leaked as soon as it was installed. I am not an experienced plumber, however having basic technical knowledge greatly helps. I had a simpler install than most. Be warned, this is a 10-$12 plastic coated for appearance, sink spray hose. It might not last, and it might break eventually- but if you connect this to a home faucet with known high pressure, or "water hammer" forget it. All the fury of posiedeon will be unleashed. I recommend no more than 18 psi, or a accumulator/restrictor installed after the cold water head. If you have a Moen® quick connect, it will blow right past the O-rings included in this kit. If you have normal pressure and it leaks, use the O-ring from your faucets quick connect plug or replace with brass connectors and you're good to go. Use plumbers tape, wrap it counter clockwise so when you install it at both ends of the hose, the threads are tightened in the direction of the wrap, not against it destroying the seal. Do not over tighten it. You're dealing with plastic threads, not space aviation defying the laws of physics.

Let's face it. Laying on your back under the sink is never an easy install. 4 stars because it comes with everything you may possibly need. Except the tools.

As much as I want to give this thing a glowing review I can’t. I ordered 2 one of which work fine, the other leaked immediately. Right where the base at the end of the hose screws into the sprayer.It’s not real bad, just a drip but no matter how tight I got it it still leaks. Their is a flat doughnut shaped rubber washer, similar to one that goes into the end of a water hose and it just want hold. Fortunately, all I should have to do is go a hardware store and get something just a little thicker and it seal up then.Other than that I absolutely love this, why all kitchen sprayers don’t have 2 setting is beyond me. One is very strong, the other is about like what comes out of the kitchen faucet, maybe a little less.

All in all, I would recommend this sprayer. The spray pattern is a powerhouse, not just a shower. Including adapters turned out to be the difference between its being usable or not. I downrated to 4 stars because I had to add an additional rubber washer to the hose connection at the sprayer in order to stop it from leaking. There was too much space at the connection for the one washer supplied to fill, even with the connector fully tightened - poor design. Fortunately, I had one in my DIY parts stash, and that completely stopped the leak.

This sprayer is installed on my laundry sink. I use it for cleaning wine carboys and bathing the dog. The sprayer is very good and fits nicely in my hand. It's great to have an adjustable spray. I really like the webbed hose as it pulls out much more smoothly than my previous plastic hose. The sprayer was easy to install and came with all the required peices.

Much more powerful than our previous sprayer, which broke. This thing is awesome. Never thought I’d be so happy with a new sprayer.Difficult to install on my own, spent 3-4 hours until I finally got it correct.

Don't buy this product if you expect the threads to be compatible with any North America thread size. I ended up buying a new hose because the threads on the supplied hose don't fit anything supplied even by a Master Plumbing parts supplier.
