Stale
I had high hopes for this, but it taste stale. It’s packed in an insulated pouch with an ice bag inside, but when it arrived, both the ham and ice pack were room temperature. I was very excited to try it, but it was stale.

Can’t eat product. It says “keep refrigerated.” It arrived not refrigerated

Not much to eat
The ham had good flavor but we net so little to eat for majority were fat. Very disappointed for how much I paid for so little in return.
