HuddleCamHDUSB Webcam 1080p Resolution Wide Angle 94° (HC-WEBCAM-94)

This is so much better than the camera that is built into my laptop (see photo for comparison - apologies that I had to be the model but think it's better to have a person there for comparison of quality). You will see from the photo that the image quality and viewing angle are so much better than the built-in camera which has been great during lockdown for my daughter's online dance classes where a bit more visibility and better light are so useful. My colleagues have also told me that they can hear me much better on Teams meetings than they could when I used the microphone on my laptop. My laptop's mic isn't bad but I think the Huddlecam filters out background noise much better. I like the way it lights up when it's in use and you can put the lens cap on when you don't want to use the camera, although I also use it just as a microphone sometimes. Only negatives I would say are:(i) the default settings are quite bright and you can download a widget from the Huddlecam website to make adjustments, but these aren't user friendly so it's a question of trial and error if you want to make adjustments.(ii) it comes with a sticker on warning it might give you cancer! I think this must be a Canadian selling rule but not really what you expect when you buy a webcam!I originally bought a cheap webcam which claimed to be amazing but was actually so bad I sent it back, so I think it worth spending a bit more and buying this one.

After trying lots of webcams, this one is definitely the best. Great wide angle, great video quality and very easy to set up. The wide angle finally did not look give fish bowl view and was perfect for my small room.

L'image est parfaite et peut prendre une pièce au complet, le son est bon aussi. Malheureusement pas d'options zoom in zoom out, donc si vous ne vouliez pas que la caméra couvre un grand espace ben il n'y a rien à faire à part utiliser un autre background dans votre application.

We use this little camera not only as a webcam but also to stream from a fixed position in our church stream. It compensates for low light extremely well and the image is very crisp.

If you are planning to use an usb extension/ even the powered ones it won't work.But when it's plug directly in its pretty good quality

Plug and play operation is nice and straight forward even if the manual is microscopic. It's wide angle in terms of depth of field is nice, but the picture quality even with good lighting is very grainy.
