This a very detailed and realistic set for the price
My son just received this set for Christmas and I was extremely impressed with the realistic design and stability of this set. I would guess the set probably took about 90 minutes to put together. The set includes three minifigs and has a rotating boom. There is also another portion of the crane that extends from the cab to run the full length of the boom. The nice part is that the string length doesn't change when you move this movable portion of the crane. You can also raise and lower the two containers (one office and one restroom) with an easy-to-use winch. Regarding the design, the set contains a nice mix of regular LEGO and Technic pieces (similar to the Millenium Falcon or Imperial Star Destroyer). The stability of this set is really amazing. My son is four-years-old and hasn't tipped it over yet. While it looks ungainly, it's extremely solid. There is a weight that sits on the far back of the boom to keep it steady. In my opinion, this is one of the best town sets LEGO has created in a very long time, probably since the early 90's. Some designer spent a lot of time making this as detailed and realistic as possible. Also, LEGO priced this set very well. It was bought for 49.99 from Target and contains 721 pieces! This price is more than fair for the number of pieces you get. It looks like this set might be a limited edition. I would get this set while you still can. It's well worth the price!

Guten Tag, Der gekaufte Artikel wurde als Neu deklariert! Der Karton weißt sämtliche kratzspuren auf und stinkt extrem Muffig. Die Tüten in dem Karton haben bereits Schimmel angesetzt. Die Bauanleitung stinkt auch extrem und hat sämtliche Gebrauchsspuren. Artikel wurde zurückgesendet.

Mann sollte einfach keine gebrauchte ware Kaufen .
Ich war nicht ganz zufrieden, weil das set einfach nicht komplett war wie angegeben. Die teile die gefehlt haben wurden für andere ersetzt die ähnlich waren !? Darum zwei sterne abzug. Tut mir leid )-
