STRONG FLAVOR
So I really love this product I've bought two bottles so far. The flavor and taste is excellent. I was a little uncomfortable with the fact that the company is not showing the back of the label with ingredients.in photo; what are they trying to hide. Why are they showing a empty back bottle with no label on it. I will continue to buy this product since I really do love it. It is a little expensive, but will go a long way if you put it in a sprayer bottle.

Nice flavor for the price!
Compared to other garlic infused oils, this was less expensive for the same amount and had a pleasant taste. Used to add flavor for a low FODMAP diet.

An indispensable kitchen ingredient
I’m on a low FODMAP diet and this garlic oil has been a lifesaver! The oil tastes like lightly browned garlic, not fresh garlic. It’s very tasty. I like it so much that even after I end my low FODMAP diet, I will continue to use it. It has become an indispensable cooking ingredient in my kitchen. I add it to soups and sauces as well as all kinds of other dishes.This product seems to retain the most garlic flavor if heated gently or not at all. I tend to add it in the last few seconds of cooking if possible. Frying with it adds a nice scent, but not much flavor in the food itself.For salad dressing I use 1 tbsp garlic oil, 1 tbsp regular olive oil and 1 tbsp vinegar of choice plus salt, pepper and fresh herbs. (One serving).I make a baking sauce for chicken thighs using 2 tbsp garlic oil, 2 tbsp regular olive oil, 2 tbsp ACV, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. Coat the chicken well and bake for about 40 min.Corn tortilla ‘pizzas’ benefit from a little garlic oil. It also makes killer garlic bread if you can tolerate sourdough or GF breads.My only complaint is that the bottle is frequently messy since it doesn’t come with one of those plastic flow regulators.If you’re curious, definitely try it!
