The quality of wool is good but way too thick
my mother had to turn the one big ball of wool into two and then it was usable. its very thick.The photo shared is after reducing it into small ball.

Inconsistent quality. No standardization
Very erratic product. Two orders of the same wool have different colour or different texture or both...Even in the same pack, two skiens could be different.Supplier needs better quality control and better training for the staff who pack the orders.Very poor experience.
