The product was damaged

I picked up the 10-pack of mediums to tackle a cluttered craft table and a bathroom drawe that had completely gotten away from me. I love that these are actually sturdy. I've had other organizers dent or warp under the weight of even moderately heavy contents, but after consistent use across multiple spots in my home, I haven't seen a single dent. They hold their shape whether I'm stacking them horizontally on a shelf or vertically inside a cabinet, and they're stable when stacked on top of each other. I've used them for a real mix of things: one holds my hot glue gun and glue sticks, a few separate my craft mediums (small acrylic tubes, acrylic markers, pencil crayons, and pencils each get their own), and I've even turned one into a tidy little medication organizer. They work equally well across all of it. If you organize anything at all, craft supplies, bathroom essentials, office bits, these do the job well. I'm already looking for an excuse to order more. If you've found a particularly clever use for these that I haven't thought of, I'd love to know.
