Sprial bound great watercolor paper
It is exactly what I expected. From a previous reviewer who said it was not spiral bound, I was expecting not spiral bound. That is how these come in our nearby Michaels and I am OK with that since I tape each page to a board before painting. But these pads that I received ARE spiral bound, one way or the other it is great paper to work on and I will just cut off the spiral edges.

Strathmore Watercolor 300 series
We are new to watercolor. I love the yellow cover. This really doesn't feel different than the yellow cover one, 300 series.

Reasonably priced
Strathmore makes a reasonably priced watercolor paper that is great for beginners. Holds water and alllows for good flow. If you want to mask or lift the paper will be easily damaged so be careful,

The paper sucks BIG TIME! WASTE OF MONEY!
I had ordered Strathmore 400 series coldpressed watercolour paper after I read good reviews about it but when I recieved it, it was of such a cheap quality! And just after I recieved that, I searched for videos reviewing the said paper and came across a videos where the reviewer too said the paper sucked! And the most shocking thing is that my paper's texture doesn't look anything like the one showed here. I'm so bummed and it was quite costly in my country! Now, I'm so confused as to whether I should order another one of the same series or did I recieve a bad product. Did anyone experience the same thing? Would be so helpful...
