Can this be used on adult glasses?

It definitely depends on the size of the adult frame. If the frames are not big or thick then yes. But if they are like aviator frames or cat eye frames then no.

Care instructions? I’d like to wash these occasionally. Do I need to use specials settings or detergents, or just rinse with water?

Nothing special, I have actually put them in washing machine with regular wash. I find them in pockets in the wash, they are fine.

Has anyone attempted my add vinyl decals to theirs?

I used craft glue to put on some iron on patches. These have a velvet feel to them, I’m not sure how well vinyl will adhere.
