A couple of days ago I received my massage gun in the mail. The ball attachment wouldn’t stay in place even on the lowest setting and I emailed customer service and they offered a couple of tips and said that if that didn’t work they’d ship out a replacement ball attachment. I had tried different things before contacting them so it was just a small defect (I noticed the rubber was slightly thinner on the ball attachment head). All of the other attachments are fine. This massager has been wonderful and has provided so much relief already. I can’t wait to see what the ball attachment relief is like when it comes in the mail. I highly recommend this massage gun and this companies customer service. Instead of having to go through the trouble of returning and reordering the same product I get a replacement piece and can still continue to use it while waiting on the replacement part to ship. I’m a very happy customer with Millon Essentials! I just fully charged it today but I have full faith that it lasts. It’s really easy to use just make sure that the attachment heads are in properly and that the rubber is gripping otherwise it won’t stay in. I personally think it’s pretty powerful and not too noisy. The different attachment heads are cool, but one isn’t as pictured, the arc is actually backwards as depicted the arc is curved upwards not downwards like advertised. I love the case!

The media could not be loaded.  I am always so skeptical on buying massage guns because they really never work. This massage gun is by far #1. If you have a knot or a strain somewhere in your muscle, this will definitely do the job. It has touch screen buttons to make it look sleek and the packaging was very pleasing. It is also very easy to use and the battery life is amazing, it also charges up fast. I am so happy with this purchase!!

Wish it had a lower setting and an on/off switch.

I would buy this again it's great for the price it works so good it's so great for your muscles and it eases the pain and it works just like it says it does it's really powerful!!!

Didn't last long maybe a few months. Slowly began to give out. Charge did not last long, charger stop working.

Me and my GF love using it while watching TV as it is very quiet. So far, the battery has lasted me 4 hours on its highest speed. I highly recommend this massage gun for anyone who loves feeling relaxed and for those who want instant muscle relief after a workout.

On the positive side: the gun is quiet and the action is strong.On the negative side: the buttons that control the speed don’t take input very well. Sometimes you have to push them repeatedly to get it to respond and sometimes they’ll respond when you barely touch them with the side of you hand while using the unit. Can be very frustrating.The battery life indicator does not seem very accurate. It will show that it quickly depleted and then magically recharge itself without being plugged in.

I bring this massage gun with me everywhere. Wether it is at home or at work, I use it everyday on my clients and myself, as it truly does the job. If you feel sore or tired, this massager gun will give you instant muscle relief and décontraction. Overall great feeling and very easy to use. The 6 speeds and 6 massage heads are great. Highly recommended!
