Flavor
I'm sure this product is great, but it's too hot for me to try. Ordered the Red Pepper Jelly and got the hot by mistake. Can't send it back because it's "no returns". Will pass it on to someone else and maybe they will love it as much as I do the other one. Thanks anyway.

HOT PEPPER JELLY…
Anything Stonewall Kitchen is excellent (from quality to packaging to marketing to delivery). You can always count on their products being of the highest standard. The Hot Pepper Jelly has not let me down. Gotta have my Philly Cream Cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly for the holidays (if it lasts that long). "Refrigerate After Opening".
I bought four jars and so far one was open and leaking... made a nice mess on my kitchen counter. Otherwise the other three are OK, they "pop" when you open the top for the first time so they were sealed properly. Jelly is delicious.

Best Pepper Jelly To Be Found, Anywhere
INCREDIBLE tasting pepper jelly, is an understatement! This, honestly, is the very finest pepper jelly I have ever had. It makes more than a fine pairing with cream cheese....great with peanut butter; broiled fish; combine it with Alabama White Barbecue sauce for chicken and pork. I have come up with an incredible marinara sauce that is great combined with Alfredo sauce served over cheese ravioli. I also made an awesome, simple, salsa using red onions, one fresh jalapeno, shoe peg corn, diced mango, and a little vinegar. During recent stormy weather, I oven cooked some St. Louis pork ribs and finished them with some of the pepper jelly. My next project is to make some homemade chili using some of the jelly.

Easy appetizer when cream cheese
This is favorite and quick appetizer. I serve over a softened block of cream cheese with Ritz Crackers
