Very good quality
The flavor is excellent; it mostly depends on the geography, I believe. The package is good too. Trying for the first time, not sure if there is even better quality available. But overall, I'm satisfied.

Found fungus inside the packet
Edit: 10th Jan 2022After I tried contacting Amazon for the issue, they asked me to contact the store for help. I wrote to the store and explained the situation. The store took it on a serious note and reverted back immediately that they are sorry and they refunded me the money. Loved the response and dedication towards customer satisfaction.So we were in the middle of shifting our house and we ordered this product before 15-20 days. I did not open the packet till today. I could see some great quality product through the packet and packaging is also such that it is not fully visible. Also I ordered other products from the same brand so I just opened 1 product from what I received and assumed all to be top quality. But when I opened the packet today after we settle in the new house, I found out that there is a fundus in the packet. This is the worst case scenario as I can not even ask for replacement or return it. The premium price for the poor quality is very bad. Hopefully I can contact Amazon and they might help me with it.

Flavor- strong as my mother wanted. We are using it everyday along with other herbs for preparation of "Kadha".Packaging- zip lock bag seals the flavor well. Packaging was also neat when received without any damage.Value- Overpriced. Although I may not know how and what all goes into producing this but I would want the price to be reduced by peg at least.

While the pepper is expensive, it's worth the price. It's got a lovely strong aroma, and it's fresh.
