4 LB. DEAD BLOW HAMMER

I still use this hammer to knock wheels off of cars and "persuade" things to come loose. Works great, I've had no issues with the hammer, more than 1 year after purchase. The handle even feels great, not degraded at all!

I wanted for splitting wood. These are probably more useful in the auto industry with rims and hub caps

I love reviewing things like hammers ... yep it's a hammer, yep it hit's things. At four pounds it hits things really hard.Seriously though, it does not fall apart and the face has not chipped out or anything like that. That can be an issue with rubber & plastic faced hammers. Especially this size. The handle is rigid, no perceptible flex.

Used this hammer to set blocks when building a wall. It did the job and held up to use against concrete blocks. Felt good in the hand, no complaints.

Seems to be a good value for the money. Works really well. Cannot comment on durability, since I've not beaten the p*ss outta anything with it yet.

My big rubber mallet of 35 years finally fell apart. This is a great replacement. I like the dead blow feel of no rebound.

My BF ordered this for me so I could open a particularly difficult latch on a steel shed. This is perfect, and the color makes it easy to locate.
