I always suffer with cramps on long runs, it always starts from the arch of my foot. I believe its due to my feet getting too warm. I tried these on a 13 mile run and didnt get any cramp twinges which was a relief. They are light, and supportive at the same time. I like them.

Excellent, lightweight, no show sock and I love the fact that they’re made from upcycled plastic. I found the size guide to be slightly off, I am a size 9.5-10 and I ordered the L size, which says it’s for size 6.5-8.5 but I found it to be a better fit than the XL, which was too big for me.

Product looks disappointing, but fit well, don’t slip in shoes when running. Colour is faded .. but not important.. great product but expensive for 1 x pair of socks .

These socks are comfy and are my second pair, as the first gave me blisters. So I purchased these but for me they still give me blisters and I had even gone for the larger size as to rhe first pair. Still cant find the socks that don't give me blisters.
