HOLDS ITS OWN AGAINST MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE PHONES
I initially wanted a phone that I just couldn't afford and to get that I would've had to get not only a refurbished one but a much older model one that would be phased out, nearing its end, and wouldn't be getting further updates. Disappointed doesn't come close UNTIL I ran across my Huawei Y9 Prime This phone can hold a candle to ANY other top of the line phone in both looks and functionality, And in some catagories it outperforms many of them hands down! Great camera & video action too! Only thing I didn't care for is there are a few Huawei apps your can't get rid of and you can't use them either. Not a lot but a few! Has something to do with being in the good ol USA and the whole China - Huawei thing. I have AT&T and I had no problems with activation of my "rogue" but beautiful phone! I have got a brand spanking new one with most any capability I would have had with the competitor phone I thought I wanted and I spent a fraction of the asking price for the other one. Love my Huawei and would most definitely purchase it again!

Great phone for a great price.
So I had Huawei y7 and upgraded to the y9. I love this phone! Huawei makes great phones let's face it. Same technology as other market phones but for less. There is no need to compromise. I use a well know phone service provider and connection was as easy as putting in my Sim card. Also almost all of my previous account synced great to the new phone. It shipped fast and item matched the description perfectly.

Constantly Dropping Calls
The phone is constantly dropping calls. I called my carrier and they said that the previous phone had no issues, so they said it was the type of phone after trying numerous things to keep from the calls dropping. Thats why I'm returning the phone.

Battery has stopped charging
The battery has stooped charging and therefore I would like a placement phone since my purchase was less than a year.
