A reviewer named Alison said it doesn't work with Intex spa but that's probably because they didn't purge the air in the system. IT WILL NOT WORK IF THERES AIR IN THE PUMP ASSEMBLY. This DOES work with Intex 403M HOWEVER this impeller is 16mm in diameter while the original impeller is 18mm (less diameter means less torque which means it's harder for this impeller to overcome trapped air in system) The blades on this impeller are also half the width but longer than original 403M. What's does this mean? It means less water circulation than original. ALSO the 403M shaft diameter is 0.125" (1/8") while this impeller shaft diameter is a bit smaller, too small to use with original rubber grommets. You must use provided rubber grommets (not original) for this impeller to work. Because of the smaller blades and smaller impeller body diameter, this impeller will have fewer RPMs which means it doesn't have the same flow rate as original. It moves enough water to not cause an E90 error, but not quite enough to keep water at 104F. Mine is staying at about 102F with 40-50F ambient temperatures. This is just a temporary fix until you can order a replacement pump assembly from intex (they're currently out of stock due to covid).This impeller is very quiet, more quiet than original. You can barely hear it running.To purge the system of air after replacement, pulse the filter off and on. Don't let it run too long with the system unpurged, otherwise, you'll get the E90 and have to power cycle the system. You can tell if the system is purged once the operational noise gets substantially quieter, it's a bit noisey on initial startup. Another truck to help purge is to rapidly squeeze the rubber hose going into the pump assembly (bottom most hose).I had to pick up the entire plastic housing of the entire pumping unit and gently hit it against the ground(concrete) while pulsing the filter off and on. It was frustrating, but it eventually worked!

The inflatable Coleman SaluSpa hot tub is great, but has on significant design flaw. Inside the green egg that houses the heater and electronics, there is the pump that circulates the water. In order to save 7 cents, Coleman decided to go with a plastic shaft for the impeller in the pump. This works fine for a few months, but inevitably wears out and the plastic shaft breaks leading to the dreaded E02 error.This impeller is the solution. I ordered it thinking it looked close, but wasn't sure if it would fit in the SaluSpa's pump (on the bottom side of the pump/heater egg). It fits perfectly! The only caveat is the shaft is about 1 cm too long. I used a dremel to cut the shaft to fit (used the rubber shaft-holder pieces already in the pump) and it works like a dream. It's quieter that the original part. So happy I found this solution.

I bought this to replace a broken impeller shaft on an intex inflatable spa. It didn't work as well as the orginal, but it does fit.

Measurements in description not accurate, seriously measured like 10 times before I decided to order and arrived way too big to fit my filter. Not saying it’s not a good product it seems solid just not correct size I needed.

It does not work, there is a broken arm piece, came in a bubble pak and should have been a box. I am not driving to a store to return a piece that is only 3 inches long. The price alone is not worth it

Had the dreaded E02 error. After much Youtubing and forum spelunking; bought this as at the worst I'd be out $12 and still have an error reading. Took me about 1/2 hour (well 45min if you count having to pull the bottom of the pump back off to tight a screw I forgot to torque and discovered via a leak...anyway...) to compare to the broken ceramic shaft, trim to the correct length and install. But a tip is the rubber caps that come with this are smaller than the stock ones so be aware of that and disassemble accordingly. But overall an easy fix for a vexing issue! five stars!

So far so good. I bought this device to fix my broken part in my hydroforce cali that is from best way. It did the freaking job.It was not an exact fit compared to the OEM part but it was close. No issues. It was fast and easy shipping. If there are any changes, ill update this review. Good luck for those researching into this repair. I spent hours and lost many gallons of water because i didnt have the water stoppers. Cheers! jacuzzi life forever.
